FAQ
How much does shipping from China cost?
It depends on the origin city, volume, mode of transport and exchange rates. Send us the cargo details and route, and we will reply with a specific itemised rate, not a "from" price.
Who handles customs clearance?
We do: customs clearance and certification at any customs office in Belarus. We tell you in advance which documents the supplier needs to provide.
What documents should the shipper prepare?
Usually a commercial invoice, packing list, sales contract and HS codes; certificates of origin or conformity for certain goods. We send a checklist for your specific cargo before pickup.
Is the cargo insured?
We insure cargo for its full value. The forwarder's liability is set out in the agreement.
Can I ship a small consignment?
Yes, as groupage — from one pallet. You pay only for your share of the space.
Do you screen cargo for restrictions?
Yes. We screen goods and parties against applicable restrictions before shipment and tell you straight away if a route or cargo is not suitable.
How will I know where my cargo is?
Your manager updates you at every stage: departure, border, arrival, customs. To confirm: is link-based tracking available?
What currency do you invoice in?
In Belarusian or Russian roubles at the exchange rate on the day of payment.

Alptrans Group.
An international freight forwarder based in Grodno, Belarus. The company has operated since 2013; the team has been in logistics since the late 1990s. We are asset-light by design: we do not run our own fleet, so for each shipment we pick the most suitable option from vetted carriers rather than filling our own trucks.
